I have changed my debian server to Ubuntu-server (jaunty).
It would be importance for me to work the qouta, because there are many users

Have the same problem here. I'm on a fresh install of Karmic (9.10),
AMD64 version with all relevant upgrades as of today.
I can manually set up/tear down the connection using $ sudo vpnc xxx
or $ sudo vpnc-disconnect xxx any time.

I have two PC boxes: AMD X2 64 with Ubuntu 9.10 amd64 and Intel Pentium
D with 9.10 i386. In my case this bug appears only on the first one.
Reinstalling Dansguardian from Jaunty fixes it for me.

I ve managed to fixe this with some bios setup:
Try to put SWDMA (Small Word DMA) to yours CD/DVD setup. It is in General tab
or something like this.

Are you sure you used new compiled beaglefs?
Try this:
1) remove all beaglefs old version
2) download http://www.megaupload.com/?d=B2Z0HZTP in your home folder
3) sudo cp beaglefs /sbin
4) sudo chmod a+x /sbin/beaglefs

Here's another observation about the problem:
After a fresh restart I went to the log viewer and had the syslog
displayed. Everything appears ok. Then I opened up sound preferences and
immediately the syslog started showing ratelimit.c messages. When I
closed sound prefs, messages stopped.

The bug is exactly the same in Debian Testing.
As the problem doesn't exist in Sabayon or in Parsix Linux, it is clear that it
is a deb-distributions bug.
