It seems that OOo tries to convert all the eps files at the begining

I downloaded the 1.1.7 source tarball and compiled. This works, with
sound on my 64 bit 9.10 Ubuntu install. Not an ideal solution, but
should work until the package in the repository gets fixed.

I just did a fresh install of ubuntu 9.10 on my USB drive and there was no more
error message about bad sectors.. etc.
Can someone confirm that this issue has been addressed?

evolution-indicator deb (evolution-indicator_0.2.4-0ubuntu4_i386.deb) to

I used sudo pppoeconf to get access to internet, so I added the PPA trunk and
updated NetworkManager. Now how can I cancel pppoeconf to get back my
NetworkManager active instead of pppoeconf ?

I'm sorry reviving an old topic, but I'm having this black screen issue
with a Radeon HD 4890 since Jaunty. I cant use fglrx with it no matter
what I do. Radeon and radeonhd drivers do work, with metacity
composition activated, but fglrx is simply a no go. Just to state that
