Try rhythmbox 0.12.6 from getdeb repository. That's what i'm using and
resuming internet radio playback works fine.
The issue you mentioned in step 4. remains. When you're playing local
media and start a radio stream, your local media playback continues and
rhythmbox buffers the stream, but gives

running a fresh install of 9.10 64bit.

the top is visible, the rest is below the bottom edge of the screen)
telling me "Ubuntu running in low-graphics mode". Upon ^C I get a
console prompt, and "st
As far as Zekr source code is concerned, I can bear witness that there
is not a single line of anything related to sound or alsa. We just use

methods (for the case of m
Hi, nice to meet you.
I will try loading the modules.
I have had a reduction in error messages by blacklisting ath5k and
ath9k, and then loading
the ath5k module after the desktop installs, using modprobe.
After loading the module I get between 2 and 5 or so, error messages but
that's it.

Hi Andreas,
Thanks for the photo. Is this panic reproducible? If so, I don't
suppose you'd be able to capture the beginning of the panic as that's
the most helpful part in terms of debugging. Thanks.
