I have just had this same problem, I think, installing 10.04 beta from
9.04. I believe that apport reported it twice today but those are
anonymous as far as I can tell. I did try to save some other output
data but looking at the report it appears that everything relevant is
there.

I can confirm this. I have one lv which is owned by root:disk, when this
lv is present in /etc/fstab, the system refuses to boot, it keeps
waiting for this lv to be mounted. If I remove this lv from /etc/fstab,

After upgrading to plymouth 0.8.1-1, the situation is even worse: now I

This bug also exists on my Lenovo ThinkPad R61. If I am downloading large
amount of data through wlan, above 2MB/s, sooner or later the error occurs. The
wlan connection is broken, no wlan networks are displayed anymore, only reboot
