will use that and not the internal mic. Otherwise it will use the internal mic.

I got the same proble here, running Maverick on July 19th 2010
Also very interesting: i run an old Asus M2NPV-VM Mainboard with an onboard
Nvidia GeForce 6150 chipset.
Tvtime jerks around and i don't get a fluent picturestream.
A dirty workaround is to install kdetv, start it, let it run and star
A workaround to this bug could be manually patching and recompiling
gnome-panel and gnome-desktop packages to add missing "Recent
applications" functionality to gnome-main-menu. Below there is

Alright, I maybe know why I got this bug, or at least how to avoid it, I found
the "nomodeset" option for kernel boot, when i use it in grub2, I don't have
this problem, but it strange cause I never had to use this option in the
previous installations of the 10.04...

I splitted libindi into three packages (libindi0 , libindi0-dev, and
indi0). indi0 installs the executables such as the server and the
drivers while libindi0 is kept for libraries only. I also updated it to
the latest upstream version which fixes the drivers loading with KStars.
