There is no reason to show that notification when resuming from a suspend.
For now I just turned the disconnection notifications off using gconf, but it

I have same problem - but in my case, once the key starts repeating, I can't
stop it.
Any window that gets the focus starts receiving the endless key repeats.

Upon further investigation the brightness slider does move with the

I changed the nvidia settings to separate x screen for 2 screens and
rebooted. It booted OK until the Ubuntu screen came up with the dots
these stopped changing colour and the computer just hung.
