Surfing the web, I found A lot of extra problems concerning ext4. somewhere I
found that it is indeed linux kernel related.
According der kernel org the problems are on 2.6.31 and 2.6.32 kernel and
should be gone as from 2.6.33 but or fore some hardware 2.6.34 .
