If you are referring to /system/indicator/me/display, it still not
present by default in Maverick (so it's also not documented by a
schema). It is definitely not a good way for regular users to hide the
username.

I confirm this one. I have Russian and English layouts, and switching is
bound to Caps Lock. Just lately this bug began to appear, gnome-
settings-daemon eats up one CPU entirely (~50% overall load), and the
Caps Lock (=layout) indicator blinks like crazy, incredibly annoying.

I'm sorry for beeing offline such a long time - I had problems with my laptop...
So, when I enter the apport command, a Window Pops up, saying: No additional
information collected (my translation from german). Now I'm confused...

A bit continuing from #33: if we assume that dmraid is working
correctly, then the question is why initramfs is created during upgrade
wrongly i.e. dmraid does not activate automatically OR in case of live
cd - why dmraid doesn't get activated but manual command is needed to
activate raids?
chanka111, can you please try the latest version of Ubuntu and see if
the problem is still there. thanks

thanks for the bug report. I cannot reproduce this issue in Ubuntu 10.04
(didnt try with 10.10 yet) can you please upgrade to latest version of
ubuntu and see if the problem is still there.?

To be fair I think the inconsistency with the the came about when I
was translating all of the original texts to Rubbish bin I kept a the

I saw package details and I think, patch, which disables docky theme should be
removed.
Add patch to disable Docky theme as this is now distributed as a separate
project, in the docky package - it isn't reason to remove docky theme. Why?
