Having read the comments in the Wine bug regarding crypt32 native being
at fault, I switched IE6 to using the builtin crypt32 dll which appears
to have solved the problem for me, but it seems to break SSL.
I am using the latest wine beta package from WineHQ (1.3.3), in Ubuntu
Lucid.

I just upgraded my HP dv6500t laptop to Maverick and ran into this bug.
I have never had this problem with any previous release. I usually get
15+ mbps from the internet. After upgrading to Maverick and running a
speed test I'm only getting 1-1.5 mbps over wireless. Even LAN file
