new SSD) and I appear to be having very similar problems.
Using suspend, it appears to work successfully, there are no errors reported in
/var/log/pm-suspend.log but hitting the power button triggers a reboot.

I noticed I had this bug today, and saw the fix was published 6h ago,
but is this patch going to be available for ubuntu 10.10? I sat that it
is available for the 11.04 already...

Sry Robert but i need to reopen, as it at least also happens with
2.32.0-0ubuntu4 backported to lucid, though the reason is different.
I tested it on 300 DPI Text profile. Saving 43 pages worked. But
scanning further until about the double amount of pages saving crashes
the app:
GLib-ERROR **:
Still a problem in 2.32 as saving also takes a long time with the new
conversion logic and novice users will think the app is crashed or
hangs.

Hi, I'm still experiencing such an issue. On an Ubuntu 10.04 up to date.

I had a similar problem installing 10.10 on an eeepc with 4g of ssd. I
used 250mb for /boot, 500mb for swap and the rest for /.
The install hung halfway through with a no space left on device error.
Surely the installer knows roughly how large the install is, and should
warn if the selected
I should add that I was using ext2 on /boot, and btrfs on /
