Ok I have downgraded xulrunner-1.9.2.12 to xulrunner-1.9.2.10 and my

I am using 10.10 too and had a contact failure in the cable between my laptop
and my charger which seemd like the AC adapter was disconnected and connected
back very rapidly and very frequently. I've fixed the cable but still, every
time I unplug and plug back the AC adapter

internal small subwoofer. I use PulseAudio as it installed by default.
When I mute sound by lowering volume (via kmix or via hardware
button(for lowering volume)), it is muted. BUT if I mute it by

Hi, I use laptop Toshiba Satellite U400D, every time I plug-in headphones to
it, ubuntu doesn't recognize it and still plays the sound via internal
speakers. Please what can I do with it? My sound chip should be ALC883 but I am
not quite sure.
