In response to comment #1, isn't that contradictory? Is there something
specific within IPv6 that didn't exist in IPv4, as IPv4 also allowed an
interface to be assigned multiple addresses? If aliases aren't
necessary, how can multiple addresses (either IPv4 and IPv6 or multiple
IPv6) be assigned

paper cut must be a small usability flaw that is included in the default

Thats not good. Every system should have those files. But no, you dont
have to have netbook edition installed. Did you buy the computer with

Yeah, I pulled the fix for fdo #34017 into natty on 2-14 into xserver-
xorg-video-intel 2:2.14.0-1ubuntu8.
I notice this bug report was filed with -1ubuntu6, which would have
preceded that fix. If you have upgraded to -1ubunt8 and have not

Are you only calling rsync with the -a (and -r) option, or are calling
any other options as well, such as --files-from perhaps?
What version of rsync are you running by the way? Please provide the
output of "apt-cache policy rsync".

There is no automated unit testing for gparted (at least that I am aware
of). My testing included creating, deleting, moving, and resizing of
primary and logical partitions.
