returned error
This most probably is a duplicate of bug 721306 and bug 658458 (and a
dozen similar ones)
If the package xserver-xorg-video-nouveau is installed, in several cases the
10.04 to 10.10 upgrade fails with the error message
Could not determine the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while
looking at dpkg (and like) dependencies, i cant see libxen relationship,
and these lbxen* packages are not installed. So wonder why these errors.

* Are you using VirtualBox 4.0.4?
* What guest systems are you using, and does this affect all VMs you use?
* Does this happen as soon as the VMs start?
