I have to agree with Ondrej, this is likely ABI incompatibility and
really not something we can begin to support in Ubuntu. Marking as Won't
fix, though, KAMI, if you find that the vendor insists there is
something Ubuntu *can* do to fix this issue, we can certainly re-open

Touchscreen is now working out of the box for me in 11.04.
Unfortunately the T91's have Intel GMA500's in them so the gfx
drivers/resolution/rotation/hardware acceleration/composite is broken
but thats a different issue (and has been like that for a while now).

Personally, I believe there are too many launcher icons in the default
launcher. I quickly run out space if I don't remove useless duplicate
ones like Ubuntu One. I think the Dash really needs an overhaul and Help
really ought to be more prominently featured there. Why do I need a

Yes it did. Seems the repository did not have all the Samba4 files and y.x
was conflicting. I uninstalled Samba comoletely and it works fine.
Now, to figure out what happened with Samba.

According to Gabriel Burt [banshee developer], the bug seems to be
already fixed in the banshee source code.
Does the patch will be included soon by the ubuntu banshee packaging
team or must we wait for ubuntu 11.10 ?

You should be able to use the M key to unmute/turn on S/PDIF. If that
doesn't work then there is a deeper problem in the driver somewhere I
suspect.

It was an upgrade Maverick = Natty
Following your request I made some more tests and report the following :
- It doesn't PLOK ! when booting from an USB key of Natty live.
- When booting Natty from HD on this machine :
- It doesn't PLOK ! when performing drum sound

Same problem. On screenshoots (i have attached ) you can see that dead
area is vertical and thin. After some actions like compiz windows
switching (alt+tab) the ares disappears.
