The natbib problem I had was not related to bug 578693. Natbib in Natty
works together with the Revtex-version that comes with Natty. But when I
install the .deb file and use natbib, it requests a newer version of
natbib as mentioned in the Debian bug. Manually installing the newest
natbib solved

Personally I am quite convinced that the problem is with the nvidia. Since I
am developing the application, I will quite frequently have problems with
NetBeans under the debugger. While in the debugger when I close a window
with clinical data, suddenly ALL windows, including even
bash's upstream maintainer Chet Ramey confirms the bug and says it will

Today I begun to run gnome shell classic (no effects) and everything seems OK.

Running on my Maverick install (with the same l-i-t version), I also
don't get a etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/ created in the temp dir used by
linaro-hwpack-create, but still runs to completion and doesn't complain
about that. Maybe this is because of some apt config or something
specific to Oneiric's
