Clicking on title bar of the wrongly maximized window fix it until next

Hi, there seem to be a few different issues touched upon in this report
and discussion:
- The 'dragging behind the launcher' interaction is broken for users of
Chromium, I have reported this as a separate bug see #797209
- The highlighting of valid launcher drop targets as soon as a drag and
drop
Noting that this is likely to be a kernel problem and nothing to do with
cpufrequtils so much better that the apport-collect targets that
package. Also set regression-release as this was working for the
reporter in Maverick on the same hardware.

occur because Unity modifies the MWM hints (to remove the window
decorations when Wine is maximized) and then Wine subsequently restores
them. The mouse offset problem occurs because the title bar is there,
but just not visible.
That bug is not only for dash searches but anything that invokes fts
extension usage. it was tracked down to a leak in 64-but xapian.
I can see you can using i386 and not 64-bit, so the issue is somewhere
else.
The first thing is to find out whether fts is the culprit. Please
install fts and then
don't comment on old closed bugs, the new issue is bug #795932
