As we discussed in Dublin, the SATA works at IDE compatible mode now,
but it is a sata controller and should wok at ahci mode as reported in LP

but the FN-Keys used to work before and I realized them stopping working
as soon as I couldn't changed the volume anymore.

Steve - understood. I have no HW to test this on (looks like we need a
64-bit machine with an IOMMU), so can't help out here. So, we're waiting
on the folks on bug 659348 to test.
