off?
This issue was reported while 11.04 was in the development release
stage. It would help us greatly if you could test with the final 11.04
I have heard of many issues with these Freeagent drives. If possible can
you try formatting the drive with Disk Utility (palimpsest) or GNOME
Partition Editor (gparted) from an 11.04 CD to see if there is still an
issue with your drive.

FWIW, this also happens using the GNOME3 PPA with an nVidia GeForce GTS
240 using the nouveau drivers. Clicking on a category displays the same
icon correctly. Just the list of all applications has the weird
colorless distorted icons.

removed once the media info scanner has determined them to not be
playable. I would guess it's a matter of trying to play files you don't
