Unfortunately, kernel 3.1 panicked as well yesterday. Today I installed
kernel 2.6.37 instead. Besides not panicking, that kernel has the
advantage of consuming less power. Oneiric seems stable now and battery
power on the Asus Eee-PC 1000H lasts 5 hours instead of 3 (with kernels
3 and 3.1).

I have the same problem in Ubuntu 11.10. If I uninstall sni-qt and
whitelist Qjackctl, it shows correctly in the system tray. So I guess
the problem is with sni-qt when converting the tray icon into an
appindicator.

I'm running an Oneiric x64 server as an Openstack controller, and my
server is freezing every random amount of time. Checking the syslogs, I
can see what it seems to be a KVM problem. I'm not sure if this is the

At the end of DpkgTerminalLog.txt there is an error about a syntax error
in /etc/default/rsync. Can you check that file for mistakes? If you're

When working with and accessing files in an mounted ftp folder, I mean
when I open a file of a mounted ftp folder then gedit tries to open this
file but fails. Doing this twice or three times again works around this
issue.
