Today my Thunderbird 7 has been updated by update manager to Thunderbird
8. (There was a security upgrade today.)
When I started Thunderbird 8 the application mark this extensions as
incompatible with Thunderbird 8.
Please provide a supported version trough official
ubuntu-defaults-builder does support it, it ships the file correctly:

Even if I start a single seat, commenting out the entry in lightdm.conf
for the second seat, the problem with ctr-c continues. Actually, I found
out that the problem is easily reproducible even in usual computers with
a single graphic card in single seat configuration. Only add the
Muhali's method worked for me as well.

Hi, we are really desperate for this package. We tried Marc's PPA (thank
you!) and now we can encrypt with Nautilus but not with Gedit (what we
really need).
We saw in the tarball that the gedit plugin is there, but it looks like
configure is ignoring it (see post #8 in
1) If you add an app that has an icon in unity and so on, if it does
not appear, it should be filed as a bug.

I can confirm this bug on Ubuntu 11.10 and 11.04 - cheese starts, but
doesn't show any picture from webcam :(

[i915] Dell 6410 After upgrading from 11.04 to 11.10 Does not detect
all LCD resolutions

I have a Dell Lattitude E6410 which was running 11.04 and detected all
LCD panel resolutions. This was not the case when 11.04 was first
released but a subsequent update enabled all resolutions to be
recognised.
I upgraded to 11.10 and now only see a single LCD screen

Whichever method I use to close down fails
Mostly it gets stuck at the Ubuntu and symbol screen with the dots cycling
through repeatedly.
I left it for about half an hour once to check I wasn't being too impatient.
It started probably on Saturday 26th pm.
