I can install ubuntu-libvirt-host in the USB livecd and then run the
virtual machines, so all the LVM volume groups seem to be intact.
I don't seem to have any broken volume groups, but does the fact that
the boot process is attempting vgchange -ay mean that the boot will fail
if any of the LVM

OK, so this time it goes and makes a liar out of me. Switching from
nvidia-current-updates to nvidia-current did *not* resolve the issue,
but logging out and back in again after that, the display is back to

The problem does not occur when exporting to 24-bit PCM using the Other
uncompressed files option. (tested with signed 24-bit WAV and signed 24-bit
AIFF).
The problem does occur with 24-bit FLAC.

At first I thought that Audacity may be doing the right thing because 24 bit
uncompressed audio could be imported and exported losslessly, but now I think
that this may be another bug.

In my case it is opposite,
If I have PDF documents in landscape orientation, in print preview of
any pdf reader; it correctly shows as landscape but in actual printing ,
document is printed as portrait edges of landscape document are cut
off.

Probably you already know it but ... there is also a typing break built
into gnome - go to System - Preferences - Keyboard and then select the
Typing Break tab and tick the box. Of course, it is very simple
comparing to the workrave.
