are on the default value after changing them to more amplification they
will reset after a few seconds and will be reset after a restart to the

I've just installed 12.04 Beta1 32bit in virtualbox (64 bit 10.04 system).
I got the error message during apt-get upgrade. I used synaptic to download the
updates (342 of them).
I then did the upgrade from the keyboard. This appears to have worked as I have
just been advised to restart firefox.

my bug- this system has the latest proprietary drivers installed for an
AMD 6960-- they are using an motherboard based Intel graphics
Should this be marked Fix Released now, since the added functionality
has appeared in an update a few days ago?

This bug is not an issue of the V4L1 API dropped in recent Linux kernels,
fortunately gnomeradio supports V4L2.
Gnomeradio just needs best defaults for v4l2 and /dev/radio0.
Unfortunately here is no option in the GUI and have used gconf-editor.
Best solution is your suggestion.
