(which is actually post-down in ifupdown terminology). And there is

Ok, I've experienced again the problem on a new machine on which quantal was
installed from scratch.
This is everything I've done to solve all issues and get back to a fast 5

I'd like to reopen this ticket. When U1 is busy uploading photos to my
account clicking on the disconnect button does nothing. This coupled

I believe I have the same problem with my HP Pavilion dv6000 notebook, GeForce
7150M / nForce 630M.
The image is stretched vertically and the lines are jumbled and confusing. The
bottom image is not displayed because it is off the screen.
Detected resolution is 1024x768, but should be 1280x800.
Getting this fixed should fix some issues with coverage measurement and
external applications using the browser. My current problem is that an
external testing application uses SIGTERM to signal the browser to
terminate but GCOV data is not written out because no regular exit is
performed.

Attached is a patch that seems to fix this; however it needs looking at by
someone who understands the code; in particular I have some questions:
1) Does this also need to go in cirRefreshArea8/16/24/32 ?
2) Why is the generic one being called if there are those specialised ones
