It is quite simple to reproduce this error. I can give you the info, if
you like. So far, I've made the following:
1. sudo nano /usr/share/pyshared/nova/virt/libvirt.xml.template, and
changed the first line from
domain type='${type}'
into
domain type='qemu'
2. sudo service restart
This seems to be fixed in Debian - anyone interested in merging it?

Thanks Till, can you report those issues to GNOME as well? Lowering the
importance, there is no dataloss in deleting a printer you can always
configure those back, it's annoying but it's not a high importance issue
