22 hours and no response, what a useless testing crowd. I uploaded a
patched xorg-server-lts-quantal to my PPA as well and tested it on my
Precise setup. It now works better when using EXA (kernel module gets
loaded and DRI works). But after a server restart (logout/login) it
locks up again.
Mm after the Humanity icon theme update from a few minutes ago, the
Software Updater icon did change, but the Nautilus icon didn't. The only
way to get the new Nautilus icon is to switch to the Humanity icon
theme, but it doesn't work with Ubuntu-mono icon theme for some reason.

I'm looking at the SRU upload briefly now, I would be much happier
processing a targeted fix for just the API issue. This seems to have a
minimal patch on the upstream bug tracker. Please can you check to see
if this is suitable.

We've identified a workaround that can get the VM uuid:

/vm/6fddd486-b376-647d-d7d4-9acf0e164722
It is the /vm/uuid path which has the incorrect permissions, however
the UUID is in
