I would like to develop using QTCreator, considering it is suggested by
Ubuntu for developing its Touch applications. A big minus for it though
is the fact that it does not integrate with the Heads up display; HUD
for displaying menu items. It also does not place the menus at
I don't know about this specific code path, but there are security
reasons why PulseAudio wants the directory owned by the user. Namely it
creates files with predictable names therein.
If the home directory is not owned by the user, that looks more like a
bug in your setup...

My solution was to deactivate the properitary NVIDIA drivers.
Skype works well now.

Completely purging fglrx and reinstalling it should get you the latest

had been fixed in Raring Ringtail 13.04. It has not been fixed. Tested
with Firefox. F11 maximizes Firefox and f11 restores Firefox but when

Adding Bug 38619 - Picture of type wmf is not printed correctly because
it's really old, from 3.4.1, and, while not maybe common case because
limited to printing WMF from Windows, still annoying.

Can't boot without nomodeset option-kernel

On an Lenovo Thinkpad X200s with ext4 SSD (256GB Crucial V4) and some
integrated Intel graphics, it is reproducible even when just
/etc/init.d/lightdm restart -ing it from console, doing so happens every
15th time or so. Sleep 5 does not help, and stopped udevtrigger does
not work

hehe, I was thinking the same thing about the Chinese Post office
(!mozilla/Hongkong_Post_Root_CA_1.crt) :) I looked at the wiki URL you
pasted though, but it seems a little old and dated. We appear to be long
past the point where they were deciding to include it or not, it would
appear.
