IMAGE_LOGOS setting to a different URL, it does not seem to work for the

I have turned off the Ubuntu theme by renaming the Ubuntu_theme.py file.
Now the layout is displayed as expected except for the Project-Overview

In 12.04 LTS and 12.10, the fn+f8 and fn+f9 keys properly adjusted my
Thinkpad T530's display brightness perfectly.
I upgraded to Raring on Mar 17, and the brightness keys no longer work.
The indicator appears but the slider does not slide and the screen

I have to correct myself. It doesn't matter if I have xserver-common and
xserver-xorg-core version 2:1.11.4-0ubuntu10.12 or 2:1.11.4-0ubuntu10.6.
In both cases xorg may or may not start. The kernel version is the key.

For the record, using gnome-session's D-BUS API does work in general. I
can call it with gdbus and d-feet, and it always shuts down/reboots the
machine properly. To add some Heisenbug fun, when I run dbus-monitor
shutdown/reboot from the indicator works (I tried four times).
