I can confirm that I had the same crash when starting Eclipse on a brand
new workspace and trying to dismiss the welcome screen. It didn't happen
on subsequent startups.

which is to using running-in-container to detect LXC and skip that
part of the code.

Got the wicd daemon running, but having other problems now, so far here
is a patch to get the daemon started, its a one liner
ERROR:dbus.proxies:Introspect error on :1.12:/org/wicd/daemon:
dbus.exceptions.DBusException: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did
not receive a reply. Possible causes
No, because disabling bcmwl and using b43 causes the problem to go away.
It only occurs when I'm using the wl driver. I've been using the b43
driver for a couple weeks now and I haven't experienced any kernel
panics.
