quality and range :
- switching to WPA2 (TKIP) instead of WPA
- switching to a channel with a greater number (from 4 to 11)

did that in fact by installing a clean 13.04 system as a virtual machine
and then just installing the libnss-ldap package together with our

By default when you try and switch graphics card on a Macbook Pro 8,2 from
the ATI card to the Intel card , the screen is blanked and never turned on.
