Unfortunately there have not been any development releases of xserver
master since that happened, but that will come in time.

The first thing i do after a fresh install of an OS is to disable the
mouse acceleration, but after installing Ubuntu 13.04 with all updates
it seems like the bar to set the acceleration is missing.
