So it looks like procps finally released a fix for this upstream. It is
primarily contained in a45dace4 and 95d01362.
I have created a ppa for this here. Can someone please test this ppa,
and report back here as to whether it fixes the seg faulting issues
related to large numbers of groups.
This is NOT A BUG IN UBIQUITY. A 32-bit UEFI-only machine cannot *boot*
any of the existing install media, which has nothing to do with the
installer. Stop messing with the bug state.
