When the UI for the SIM PIN was initially implemented, the ofono
SimManager's PinRequired property successfully changed from pin to
puk after 3 failed attempts in entering the correct PIN. This is not
the case any more and the API keeps on telling it would require the PIN.
This isn't a ubiquity bug (ubiquity hasn't started yet by this point).
Perhaps somebody can figure out the proper way to launch 64-bit images
in Virtual PC, since it seems kind of unlikely that it's entirely
incapable of it?
