After writting my comment I tried to compile newer version. But without
success. As you wrote, Glade 3.16 requires GTK 3.10 and Glade 3.15
requires GTK 3.9.11.
Ubuntu/Kubuntu is sleeping on old GTK 3.8.4.
Therefore the newest version is 3.14.2 released 26 November 2012.

No option to display password in Wi-Fi connection dialog
To
I upgraded to 13.10 in time of Final Beta release and I observed a much
higher use of RAM compared to 13.04. This is very bad to the point that
my SWAP which is 4 GB (6 GB of DDR2 RAM) becomes filled sometimes and is
always used in more than 2 GB after couple hours.
I've noticed that
while it's technically possible to make wandboard work with a saucy kernel,
that takes ~40 patches.
On the other hand, T already have enough bits to make that board boots and work
fine as a server: for theese reasons, i'm marking this as won't fix' in S, and
propose it for T.
