This bug might have something to do with Cairo Dock. I have to users on
my computer: one with and one without Cairo Dock. The one without Cairo
Dock set to run at startup doesn't have this problem. The Shutdown
dialog appears and the log out button also works. Only the one with
Cairo Dock has this

[rilmodem] SimManager.CardIdentifier not always
The BT device ID was missing in the driver. After recompiling the ath3k
and btusb modules with this patch bluetooth works. But I had to modprobe
ath3k manually so something is still not working right.
