trying to update a vmware player install of Ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10 is giving an
error. The only third party ppa's I have are
http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ precise-pgdg main

which I have disabled.
I can confirm that this is STILL happening. I upgraded from 12.10 to
13.04 today and got that error. Thankfully, I found this bug report,
did apt-get install qdbus:amd64 from command line (Thanks to Bill Pier
Post #3!) and had no further issues. I'm running an amd64 system, and
always have.

Just confirmed the behavior described in comment #5 using image #100.
The state is correct on 1st boot, but toggling Wi-Fi off, then back on
again reproduces the bug.
