Is it possible to make the Restart/Shutdown dialog window highlighted
with either "restart" or "shut down" depending on the previous action?
For example, if you clicked restart from an Update Manager dialog, then
the Restart button on the left will be highlighted and you just hit
Enter to complete
Can you elaborate ? I don't know what you mean by 'contact upstream' ?
