I just hit this bug (vagrant + ubuntu saucy + first devstack install on
this VM). Removing python-keyring didn't solve the problem. I
reinstalled it and set its backend to plaintext files ([as suggested
here][1]) and that workaround seems to work.

XisReady is just there to make sure IsXReady function is not execute after
X is ready. So it shouldn't slow down idle detection, and the function is

Workaround (not really).
I can stop this until to the next reboot by:
- In compiz config settings manager / Unity plugin / Launcher
- disable 'Key to show the Dash'
- reset settings 'Key to show the Dash'
- close compiz config
So disable and reset the keybinding for the launcher somehow solves
