Havent had choose the boot mode manually. The boot media was an usb

Just noticed this myself. We don't need a separate /boot partition (
I've never used one on my manually setup lvm installs ), and it adds

When using the screen lock in KDE with the open source radeon drivers,
unlocking the screen changes the size of the virtual desktop space. In
a three monitor setup, the left monitor is correct, the center monitor
is cut off in the middle of the screen, and the right monitor

I have had no luck with the 3 main installers with Ubuntu 12.04 and Ubuntu
13.04.
They remember nothing like time bookmarks etc.

Updated apps to latest - which includes twitter 1.0.9 and fb 1.0.11 webapps.
Logged into twitter
Can't login to facebook as the OSK won't come up when i tap the
username/password fields
Can't tweet from twitter as the OSK won't come up when I tap
Thank you Brian but for a novice this is perplexing with all the dos type
wrings. I cannot get any of the three installers to install Ubuntu so it will
remember times etc. This is a courtesy reply

I am submitting a courtesy reply. For a novice all these dos type writings are
perplexing. I cannot get Ubuntu to install with any of the 3 major installers
and am quite proficient with Windows.
