I used krunner for a few calculations (e.g. =17*8*75 - very simple
calculations) and it used a lot of memory (1-2 GB):

as it stands, the userland is depending on the CFQ scheduler that is not

In the case of anyone with a reletively slow i/o, and processes that

Earlier I set these settings in CCSM
Horizontal virt. size=1
Vertical Virt. size=1
Number of desktops=6
Changing this to these settings helped fix this issue:
Horizontal virt. size=3
Vertical Virt. size=2
Number of desktops=1
