mode, not only trash.
When I maximize the window, I can resize the name column to the right to
the point where the remaining columns fit. After that, it isn't possible

I am unable to test it . This is since I have incurred a problem , when
I boot up the mainline kernel , I tried it with both v3.14-rc8-trusty
and v3.15-rc2-trusty , there was no GUI , only command line (but I
didnt boot it via recovery mode) . I am unable to understand how I
should test it.

include Mir headers explicitly.

Looks like this bug wasn't fixed, or at least reintroduced. Still
present in Trusty. It also has the side effect of showing File Manager
in every file's Open With menu.
In Xubuntu:
/usr/share/applications/exo-file-manager.desktop
MimeType=x-scheme-handler/file
hey ok so it looks like its an issue with the openipmi init.d script
which calls for modprobe of the ipmi_msghandler in the start function.
Since the file is no longer in the location the init.d script fails. I
was able to rewrite it to avoid doing that so i wonder if we can have
the maintainer
I don't see any option to click the link when running Synaptic in
Xubuntu (I'm looking in Help - About). Maybe Unity makes this link
clickable?
I'm guessing what's happening is that Synaptic is starting firefox with
root permissions if it's not already open.
