When starting a privileged container with cgmanager, cgroups look like:
3:cpuset:/lxc/u5
2:name=systemd:/user/1000.user/c2.session
where all controllers other than name=systemd are correct. lxc needs
to set the new cgroup for name=systemd, and cgmanager needs to fix a
bug
We are setting the appropriate URL on the button in the preview in this
case, so the dash opens the settings page for us. We don't need to
handle an action for this internally.

also affects me. clean install of ubuntu 14.04 onto a small 32 gig SSD with
home partition on a 3TB drive and win7 on another 1TB drive.
install done with a usb stick. i didn't bother using the ubuntu make a startup
disk tool. just used dd to write the iso onto the usb stick.

I have only tested this on trusty so far.
Steps to reproduce:
Install apport apport-retrace and setup ddeb apt.sources.
Launch a vm
sudo kill -SIGABRT qemu pid
wait for /var/crash/_usr_bin_qemu-system-x86_64*.crash to finish
apport-retrace -g -S system
