Accepted util-linux into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/util-
linux/2.20.1-5.1ubuntu20.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.

I propose to apply this patch to the official distribution. This patch
adds an option '-s' to generate only the source .changes file, so
metapackage could be uploaded to a PPA.
Author of patch is John Reese (https://github.com/jreese/ppa).

Actually there seems to be some network error at the moment. I'll post

I'm reopening this because the External Drives application has the same problem.
The spanish translation is Almacenamiento externo, and it's not nicely
displayed as you can see in the attached screenshot.

I reopened the bug since it's still present. My comment above is still
valid, but auto connecting stops working when suspending to ram or
rebooting. So basically the desired behavior can be obtained temporarily
by removing and adding the network in question.
