gss-server segfaults with 1.12+dfsg-2ubuntu4. Then I installed
libgssapi-krb5-2 from trusty-proposed. That pulled in most of the other krb5

- Ubuntu 14.04, with all updates (3.13.0-36.63-generic 3.13.11.6)
- EliteBook 850 G1 connected to a HP ultraslim docking station 2013.
- 1 Dell 2209WA connected to the VGA port
Observation: the monitor is properly detected if I plug it in directly
the laptop's DP.

I have just noticed that the output of monitor-ofono is part of the
logs, and I see that network status actually gets into roaming state.
But, it is in very short time windows:
2014-09-26 20:11:18,643 {NetworkRegistration} [/ril_0] Status = roaming
2014-09-26 20:11:19,323 {NetworkRegistration}
Looks like ofono core allowed to do the unlock even if the PIN has not
been entered, so probably implementing the quirk in ofono is fine.
