I'm not sure why I'd not seen this before.
For quite some time I've run private home desktop and then would ssh into that
system and use it remotely. Its only after I re-installed it that I've been
hit by this.
I'm not sure if I had worked around it in some way before by design or
happenstance
I have also tried with the libclang python bindings, in case I was doing
something wrong with the C interface. I am still getting these errors

I did some digging in the source code to try and figure out what was
going on. The relevant section seems to begin at
clickreviews/cr_lint.py:430. It appears that the maintainer email is
linked to the package name. Consider the following example:

There is no way to prevent rpcbind from listening on all interfaces for
TCP connections. The setting "-h" only applies to UDP connections.
Without the attached patch, starting rpcbind with -h makes no effect to
listen on a specific address:

The workaround seems good, but there still tends to be issues bringing
up the multipath devices on boot with QEMU in my testing; just the
workaround isn't always sufficient: break=pre-multipath then resuming
helps out there.
