Jussi, on my Bq Aquarius the scanning never stops (without .nomedia). I
have about 10 GB of music on the SD card and mediascanner-service still
takes up to 100% CPU after several hours. At least the scanning
shouldn't take that long. It stops if I remove the SD card.

Following the suggestion made by townsend in bug 1434712. I managed to
log into Unity 8.
Now when I try to move windows around or when I open the indicators menu
the screen "blinks". When the "blink" occurs the pointer releases the
window I had grabbed and the indicator menu

Not fixed for me. I can add multiple email addresses and select them
while sending.
However, on the receiving side I still get the same email address no
matter which one I choose. In other words, the selection of sending
address doesn't seem to have any effect.
