isn't going to find the problem, just make it worse. The
/dev/disk/by-name and /dev/disk/by-partlabel directories show symlinks to
the device numbers and by comparing you can see really quick that some
tools are using

After reboot I have emulation mode again - so I run modprobes again.
It turned out that after I enter these two commands, touchpad starts to
work, but all gnome defined hotkeys break (including fn keys, such as
brightness, and event terminal).

Well i've diggen around to understand that issue but fail to even catch the
nvidia doc spirit: what is already deprecated or not ?

NVIDIA will support both solutions for the near future (likely through
Cuda 6.0),
For latest Vivid (daily build), it also suggests I have 'Secure Boot'
disabled, and it needs to force 'UEFI mode'.
This is part of the same issue, and also results in NO Grub being
installed (so wont boot). Live works fine.

Клавиатура пункт Поведение клавиши CAPS LOCK ставить в состояние
CAPS LOCK отключен. После этого включаем CAPS LOCK как переключатель
раскладки. Ubuntu 14.10
