I got this error after switch /bin/sh to point to /bin/bash instead of
/bin/dash. Switching sh back to dash immediately solved problem. fwiw,
additional couch process messages can be found in
/var/log/upstart/couchdb.log, which helped me to realize what might be

I'm upstream developer of fityk and I've got several reports from Ubuntu 14.04
users that the program crashes when using Unity. The workaround is to set
UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0.
To reproduce:
apt-get install fityk

and zoom in using a mouse.

This bug is caused by the fact the NM's ofono plugin checks for the
existence of Username and Password properties in the APN, and if found,
adds them as settings to the NM_SETTING_GSM instance ( which is added to
the associated NM_CONNECTION instance ).

part of the Gedit window, for instance when the file has chaned on disk.
The message makes the window wider, something which is unacceptable

Thinking about it again, an upstream fix for this is unlikely. slapd
changes users before it even starts loading its config, so there
probably isn't any way for nssov to mkdir as root.
