Upstream had the bad idea of not sorting folders first anymore in GTK
3.14. However they added an option later in commit
2aa3eea781ed21a02ecdf1e3c753a1ec5694d6c8. Since we cannot introduce new
strings, ubuntu should revert the default in the 3.14 package.

Interesting, pm-suspend uses no quirks at all. Can you double-check that
running sudo pm-suspend is reliable while sudo systemctl suspend is
not? The two do exactly the same without quirks, i.e. writing mem into
/sys/power/state..

The reasons to why old kernels are not intentionally being marked for
autoremoval (as of 2008-11-04) is because it was considered too
dangerous and apt has an exception to not tag linux-image-* packages for
autoremoval because we had no idea which kernels actually worked for a
system.
