I was able to get the phone in a state where the time did not update
because the phone was in an inconsistent state with regard to cellular
data status. The indicator did not show a data connection but the
pulldown did. Whenever the network indicator shows the data connection,
the time was
I am also seeing that when wifi is disabled the indicator does not
always update to show the cellular data connection whereas the panel
does show it as it has been enabled all along.

Since I use the same TB-profile from Windows and Ubuntu, sooner of later I
expect a broken profile, especially, because the Lightning version is also
different.
So it would be nice, if Ubuntu would not wait so long time with updating to the
current release of TB.

Thanks for the feedback.
First, here's an example of using the send-sms script ( with dummy
numbers ):
/usr/share/ofono/scripts/send-sms /ril_1 617666 dummy message 0
The other thing to try is to swap your SIMs and see if that makes a
difference. You currently have the 3 SIM in
