Network Manager Crashes Shortly
Public bug reported:
After starting Network Manager It attempts to start a few times and then
crashes. Journalctl shows the following error:
Dec 22 08:32:58 nebraska NetworkManager[12519]: Writing DNS information
to /sbin/resolvconf
Dec 22 08:32:58 nebraska dnsmasq[11405]: setting upstream

I could not reproduce it on rc-proposed on any device
